CONSTRUCTION DATA
Concrete Grout:
6" cell - .24 cubic feet per square foot of wall surface.
8" cell - .32 cubic feet per square foot of wall surface.
Rebar Reinforcement:
@ 16" centers - 1.7 lineal feet per square feet of wall
@ 32" centers - .85 lineal feet per square feet of wall
Eternal Coverings:
Single coat stucco, veneer block or stone
Internal Coverings:
Single coat plaster, sheetrock (glued)
Shipping:
3,070 square feet of wall to one truck load.
Assembly:
ETERNA panels may be assembled horizontal or vertical due to the symmetrical
design.
Windows and Doors:
Windows and doors are simply placed by cutting openings with a saw.
Electrical and Plumbing:
Electrical and plumbing are placed in cavities prior to pouring the grout.
After grouting grooves are routed into the ETERNA for placement of wires, pipe
or conduit.
Rebar:
Prior to grouting rebar is placed horizontally, vertically or diagonally
depending on seismic requirements.
Stucco:
Outside stucco is applied in one coat. No wire or preparation is needed.
Plaster and Sheet Rock:
Inside plaster is applied in one coat. Sheet rock is bonded with
adhesives.
